So I tried this new idea of running/walking at a fat-burning pace. It was very frustrating, because in order to stay within the fat-burning pulse rate I had to walk at a brisk pace. It took approximately 20 minutes to do 2 km. I didn't do anymore as I was bored. I was going to do a 5km jog but could be motivated to do it.
I have been clicking on the next blog link to see what goodies are out there. Some sites come and go very quick!
Can't wait to get home!
